Truth of 1888 Revealed

Those who bring their petitions to God, claiming that His promise has been made for them, while they do not comply with the conditions, insult Jehovah. Obedience to the Law of God is Sanctification. Sanctification is not an instantaneous but a progressive work, as obedience is continuous. Bible sanctification is a conformity to the will of God, attained by rendering obedience to His law, through faith in his Son. There is no genuine sanctification except through obedience to the truth; and the psalmist declares, “Thy law is the truth.” It is only when the law of God is set aside, and men have no standard of right, no means to detect sin, that erring mortals can claim perfect holiness. But let none deceive themselves with the belief that God will accept and bless them while they are willfully violating one of His requirements.

The History Around the Year 1888 and the Doctrine Being Taught — What does, One Law; Pantheism; Faith Alone; Justification Alone; Saved; No Works; and the Schoolmaster have to do with 1888? All of them in one way or another are part of the teachings of the year 1888 by E.J. Waggoner. The real question is, are they really Bible Doctrines or are they Satanic delusions. We apologize if you are having issues hearing this video.

The Two Laws in the New Testament! By not having the correct view of this subject many have stumbled. E.J. Waggoner’s view is NOT a new view but the same view as his Father had in 1854. E.J. Waggoner began teaching the Moral law is the law referred to in Galatians and Romans in the year 1884, causing no small issue. Because of his persistence to preach his views contrary to the accepted and established views of the church for the past 44 years, there is now a crisis that has come upon us. The battle is to be waged between the Christianity of the Bible and the Christianity of human tradition. Is there not a criminal neglect in our present sleepy condition? We apologize if you are having issues hearing this video.

Two weeks before the 1888 General Conference session G.I. Butler the General Conference President wrote a letter to Ellen G. White. We will be going over parts of this letter all the while learning some of the current issues before E.J. Waggoner presents his “Righteousness by Faith” Message. We also will learn the part W.C. White (that’s Willy) played in the 1888 Rebellion. We apologize if you are having issues hearing this video.

Did E.G. White Actually Support E.J. Waggoner’s Position? This is the real question. Is it possible that there are writings that are not by E.G.W. that are claimed written by her? Is it possible that E.G.W. stood on the position that the “pioneers” stood on? In this study we dig deep for evidence that reveals the truth of the situation.

Many will stand in our pulpits with the torch of false prophecy in their hands, kindled from the hellish torch of Satan. If doubts and unbelief are cherished, the faithful ministers will be removed from the people who think they know so much. “If thou hadst known,” said Christ, “even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.” This includes those who teach “antichrist message” Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Rev 22:14
