The SDA’s and many more believe that it is only the “thought” that counts. Someone might say, “I ‘thought’ about saving you when you were drowning,” all would think that person of not much value. But when speaking of “Spiritual” things, the majority agree that it is only the “thought” that counts. God in the pure word of the KJV Bible makes it very clear, God stands by His Word! His Word given to His Prophets.
